col regedit per me è un po' un casino...dipende se devi proprio utilizzare itunes oppure no; io ci ho trovato solo difetti. Cmq con Vista non ho esperienza, ma con XP l'ho eliminato per disperazione...

software che puliscono il registro ce ne sono, mi sembra di ricordare che utilizzavo regcleaner...ma con Vista non so cosa ci sia in giro di freeware
