New In-Dash Display Options
New for 2006 from JVC are two DVD/CD receivers with built-in full-color TFT screens – the KD-AVX2 with a 3.5-inch screen and the double-DIN KW-AVX706 with a 6.5-inch screen. Both are part of JVC’s EXAD line of products, which features the company’s most advanced technologies and design concepts. Both units’ screens are built into the front of the receiver and let users watch television, DVD movies, display JPEG pictures or monitor a rearview camera. Dual-zone control allows front passengers to listen to music while rear seat passengers enjoy a DVD movie. A new feature common to both is headphone surround, which delivers a surround sound experience through any headphones. Also new is direct playback of MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 files for playback versatility and convenience. In addition, both the KD-AVX2 and KW-AVX706 offer an upgraded version of JVC’s Giga MP3 feature, called Giga MP3 Multi, which can handle WAV files in addition to MP3 and WMA files.

Other KD-AVX2 and KW-AVX706 shared features include a power output of 50 watts x 4 maximum (20 watts x 4 RMS), 5.1-channel Dolby Digital and DTS decoding, DVD-Audio compatibility, and gold-plated inputs and outputs. The KD-AVX706 also offers SD card playback.

JVC has three additional new DVD/CD receivers, two with a USB memory slot. All three models – the KD-DV4200, KD-DV6200 and KD-ADV6270 are satellite radio ready, Ready for iPod, compatible with MP3/WMA files and include a remote control. In addition to these features, the KD-DV6200 and KD-ADV6270 receivers include a built-in USB memory slot for easy playback of MP3 and WMA files. The units can accommodate USB drives with up to a 4GB capacity. Both units also offer dual-zone capability, are DivX compatible and can play discs encoded with WAV files in addition to MP3 and WMA files.

da quanto dicono sul sito... questi sono i prezzi:

KD-AVX2 $649.95 March
KW-AVX706 $799.95 March

fate conto che sul sito il prezzo della KD-AVX1 è $649.95... quindi il prezzo sarà uguale all'AVX1 ?! poco di +?!

presa a 480€nuova, anche se ero tentato dalla 9855r a 410€ sempre nuova.
